All project reports, proposals etc. should be submitted one per group, to both TAs. Electronic submissions as single file in ps or pdf only.

• Draft proposal (1 page)
• Due: 5pm Friday April 25th
• Should include names of students, indicate who will work on what part, identify the project deliverable, what is the schedule/timetable of work.

· Feedback on draft proposal: Monday April 28th

• Final proposal (2 pages max)
• Due: 5pm Friday May 2nd
• This is a refined version of the draft proposal, based on the feedback.
• Intermediate report (5 pages max)
• Due: 5pm Friday May 16th
• The following should be the same as the final report:
• Table of Contents
• Introduction/Background/references
• Should have placeholder for final results and conclusions.
• Should Include: Table of Contents of Final Report, Background and motivation; Problem Statement; Who did what so far; Remaining Work for rest of quarter.
• Final presentation (also check the presentation guidelines)
• Final report (12 pages max)
• Due: Wednesday June 4th at 5pm
• Other: When you send your final report, please convert your report to pdf format if possible. Check that all the pages can be viewed properly in acrobat reader. Last year, we had some reports where either the figures were not printable, or some pages did not print. Hence, you are encouraged to check your submissions carefully.
