  Gamma/g_n  x 2^(bn+1) x (2^{.25} -1) and Gamma/g_n  x 2^(bn+1) x (2^{beta} -1)
  
  
• Eqn 4.182 should read on the middle R matrix with the first and last columns swapped.
• Eqn 4.141 should read on right hand side \frac{\sigma_{n,new}^2}{ \sigma_{n,old}^2}
• Equation 4.166, 4.167 and 4.169 should have T' and not T.
