Just load resphantom2.mat into Matlab and the specs are there.
16 interleaves by 8.192 us, 2048 points.  The echo times (time
from center of RF to start of spiral) is in te1 and te2.  
d1 and d2 are the raw data.  ks is the k-space locations.
wt is the weights. samp is the sampling time (4us)
