Case Study Topics

 

Identify at least three strategic decisions that your company faced over the summer. For example, there might have been a decision to change the business model, to determine marketing strategy, to hire a CEO or other executive or to address some aspect of company culture. Provide a brief explanation of the considerations and issues surrounding each decision. The decision can be one that was made during your internship or it can be one that has yet to be made.

In our first class meeting of E140C we'll review these strategic decisions and you will select one of them to form the basis for your presentation during E140C. (See E140C Presentations page.)
