Job Search Status and MFP Check In

Summary

The purpose of this session is to discuss the progress on your job search, and if time allows, we will talk about our class culture and preview the Yahoo! and Juniper cases. Let's celebrate the halfway mark of our first quarter together. Time flies when you're having fun, right?

Study Questions

Please think about your answers to the following questions:

What finance and accounting concepts would you like to review before the Yahoo! and Juniper cases?
Let's do an "I like / I wish" exercise for the case openings but giving consideration to these:

"Things that I have really liked about the case openings so far (including my own team) are..."
"Things that I wish could have have been better so far are..."

How will we measure our success in December? What must we achieve to make all the effort worthwhile? How, and how often, should we see if we are on track in meeting our goals?
