Key Models and Frameworks


Summary

During the first part of class, we will quickly review the MFP Forum, discuss its goals and deliverables, and answer any questions. This online forum provides a place to log thoughts and reflections about anything related to entrepreneurship and leadership during the rest of the MFP year.

We will then state and discuss MFP's essential models and frameworks in entrepreneurship.

  • Byers, Dorf, and Nelson, Chapters 1-10 (Highlights only)
  • Collins & Lazier, Chapters 4-5
  • The Deal by Jerry Kaplan (from "Startup, A Silicon Valley Adventure")
  • Listen to the first 15-20 minutes of Jensen Huang's ETL lecture
