The structures of 90 protein domains that you will need to classify are given here. All structures are in PDB format. In each file you will find only one domain of that protein. The name of each file indicates the PDB code of the protein from which the domain was extracted, the chain ID and the range of residues. In addition here you can find the sequences of all the above domains in FASTA format.
