Homework Submission Information

Written Homework Submissions:

When submitting a written homework, always write the time of submission and the number of late days used (even if it is zero late days) at the top of the first page of your assignment. In addition, write down the names of everyone that you collaborated with on the assignment.

Off-campus (SCPD) students should submit assigmnents by faxing them to (650) 725-1449 and writing "ATTN: CS221" on the cover page. For the purpose of submitting written assignments, late days are counted starting at the lecture time 9:30am.

Regular, non-SCPD students should submit all assignments only in hardcopy, in class, on the day that the assignment is due. For late homeworks or if you cannot make it to class, non-SCPD students should turn them in to the submission box at the bottom of the Gates A wing (West) stairwell.

In all cases, it is an honor code violation to write down the wrong submission time on your homework.

Program Submissions:

See the assignment handout for details of what files and plots we are looking for each individual assignment. These need to be printed out and submitted on paper, following all the same instructions and guidelines as above.

Project Milestone Submission:

You will be using a script to electronically submit your code; see the project handouts for details.
