·         Stations and Deliverables for each team:

o    POP model; MACDADI analysis of design acceptability given requirements

o    Product sketch + 3D model (Revit)

o    Organization (org chart - PPT) and Process models (SimVision)

o    Design and construction schedule (MSP or Primavera) plus 4D animation of construction

o    Owner: resolve issues; build financial model to estimate value of air rights; Build presentation of models for group

o    Facilitator

·         Budget

o    Groups of ~5:

o    90 minutes for ICE interaction
