Yao-Chung Lin

I am a doctoral student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. I am working with Image, Video and Multimedia Systems (IVMS) group headed by Professor Bernd Girod. My research area is focus on applications of Distributed Source Coding. For more detail, please click Research.

In 2003, I completed MS degree in Electrical Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. I worked with Professor Tihao Chiang in the area of video transcoding, scalable video coding, and streaming system. I earned a B.S degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Chiao Tung University in 2001.
