- I have been working as a postdoctoral researcher at Carnegie Institution Department of Plant Biology, Stanford,CA since August 2007. I have started the development of PlantCyc, a comprehensive reference database of plant metabolic pathways to host PGDBs (Pathway Genome Databases) of all sequenced plant species.

- I defended my thesis on August 2007.

- I presented our paper at KDD 2007 Mining Multiple Information Sources workshop on August 12th.

- Very Large and High Dimensional Databases and Scientific Data Mining.

- Detection of Structural Sites in Proteins, Paper published in Bioinformatics journal, 2007 (documentation and software website).
