Starting a new research project and need to read papers about your topic? Too busy/lazy to go hunt down these papers yourself? Are all the experts on this topic too busy to help you? If so, then LiteSeer is for you!

LiteSeer is a database of summaries of papers I have read. Each paper's summary is linked to the summaries of other relevant papers. The linking is generated automatically via LaTeX, BibTeX, and LaTeX2HTML. The idea is that if someone wants to quickly browse through papers that have been written in a particular field, they can do so by simply browsing through summaries in LiteSeer instead of having to dig through various journals and websites and reading through long papers.

The name "LiteSeer" is a pun on the name of the famous CiteSeer database of papers.
